When he isn't climbing, running, or jumping over something, Andrew is helping someone else learn how to do the same. Training since 2010, Andrew decided early on that the most expressive form of freedom was movement. Emphasizing the usefulness of bodyweight and balance in his training, Andrew is a NASM Personal Trainer and holds two specializations through ACE in both Walk and Run Training and Functional Exercise. "My goal," he says, "is not just in giving someone the work-out of their life, but to provide the tools and know-how for someone to make a positive change in the way they live." Andrew lives in Berkeley and is a graduate of University of Texas in Arlington where he studied biology and journalism.
Michael has taught indoor cycling and boot camp for a decade and yet always strives for fresh and exciting ways to motivate a class. He has an ACE personal training certification and his favorite piece of workout equipment is the jump rope! From Sao Paolo, Brazil, Dario has always held a passion for sports. He received his Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science in 2005. Since then, he has completed two fellowships in Physical Exercise in Aging and Disease and now specializes in giving training
for rehabilitation and prevention of heart disease to specialized groups (golden agers, hypertensive, obese, diabetic and revascularized patients). He has also completed a specialization course in Pilates. Dario has worked for the last 10 years in a fitness club in Brazil and started his career at the pioneer gym in providing exercise training for rehabilitation and prevention of heart disease. Dario is enthusiastic, friendly and keeps all his clients always motivated!
